Thank you United Nations Assistant Secretary-General Miroslav Jenca, DSASG Colin Stewart and the UN team in Cyprus UNFICYPUN Cyprus Talks for giving us the opportunity to explain the need to increase our joint efforts for reconciliation and peace on our island.

Problems in crossings, need for more productive work in technical committees, addressing education systems, environment, human rights -including gender equality & LGBTQI rights, involvement of civil society in the peace process, mixed marriages, enhancing interoperability of phone systems, and cooperation on electricity are some of the issues we raised.
